In this privacy policy, I’ll explain how we process your personal data as data controller.
We collect and process the following data
Note! If you are using my services and opt out from the marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional information, such as emails about the coaching or other services.
We may also from time to time get your data from third parties. Such data sources include public company registers and company directories.

Your data may be shared with some of our third party service providers. Your data is shared only when it is necessary and in compliance with our privacy policy and the applicable data protection regulations. We do not control the actions of any third parties.

For how long do we process your personal data
Customers: We keep the personal data for the duration of our contract and max 2 years after that.
Marketing: We keep the personal data for marketing purposes for as long as you keep opening the emails or max 2 years after collecting the personal data. If you use your right to opt-out from receiving messages from us, we will delete your personal data from our database without delay in our bi-annual audits.
Website visitors: We keep the personal data of website users max 26 months after collecting the data.
Your rights
Right to access: You have the right to access personal data we hold about you.
Right to correct: You have the right to have any inaccurate personal data corrected.
Right to object: You have the right to object to processing of personal data which is based on our legitimate interest.
Right to restriction: You have the right to request the restriction of processing for example when you think that the personal data we process about you is not accurate.
Right to opt-out: You have the right to opt-out any marketing communication from us.
Right to be forgotten: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Right to complain: You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Right to Access

If you are a California resident, you have the right to “opt out” of the “sale” of your “personal information” to “third parties” (as those terms are defined in the CCPA).
Removal of Content
If you are a California resident under the age of 18, and a registered user of any site where this policy is posted, California Business and Professions Code (“CBPC”) Section 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted.
To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to “hannele@villaverto.com” Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.
Making a CCPA or CBPC Request To make an access or deletion request, please contact hannele@villaverto.com.
Authorized agents may make such requests on your behalf if they have your signed permission to submit a request on your behalf or provide proof that they have power of attorney in accordance with California probate law. Authorized agents that are business entities must be registered with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California.
Before completing your request, we may need to verify your identity. To submit a request to opt out of the sale of your personal information, you may or send an email to hannele@villaverto.com with the subject line “do not sell info.” You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request to opt out on your behalf if you provide the authorized agent signed written permission to do so. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your privacy rights conferred by the CCPA.
Shine the Light Act
If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by us to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. You may do so by contacting hannele@hannelekorhonen.fi
