I'm a business hippie from the happiest country in the world, Finland, where sisu runs deeper than strategy and sauna solves most things. I’m into Pearl Jam on repeat, fresh flowers on a Tuesday, and bringing more love and peace to the world.
I work with heart-led business owners navigating the pivots that matter, and with the teams and leaders transforming how professional organisations think and work.
I work from Helsinki — and globally. In English and in Finnish. With the directness and depth that Nordic thinking brings, and the reach that English opens up.
I have built legal tech, run design sprints for big law and AM100, and facilitated teams from Helsinki to Chicago. I bring all of it to this work.
